Audiovolt: AI Automation for a Car Audio E-commerce

Three deliveries for Audiovolt, a leading Dutch car audio and CarPlay retailer: AI email support, a storefront chatbot, and TicketFlow carrying the whole email volume.

A Three-Project Partnership

Audiovolt is a leading Dutch e-commerce retailer for car audio systems and CarPlay installations. A small team, a deep technical catalogue, and hundreds of customer questions every day: the perfect setting for smart automation.

Three projects have shipped, each one building on the last. AI email support came first. Then a chatbot on the storefront, catching the questions that never became emails. Then TicketFlow, which now carries the whole support volume.

Project 1: AI Email Support at Scale

Audiovolt receives around 1800 emails per month, roughly 60 per day, mostly technical questions about vehicle compatibility, CarPlay configurations, and installations.

We deployed our Email Automation package, connected to their inbox and product catalogue. The flow:

  1. Capture incoming emails via Gmail OAuth.
  2. Retrieve the relevant product sheets, FAQs, and installation guides.
  3. Generate a context-aware draft reply, already waiting in Audiovolt’s inbox when the agent opens the message.
  4. Human validation before every send.

Outcome

The support team saves about 6 hours per day, roughly one full-time equivalent. Customers receive accurate, catalogue-grounded answers within minutes instead of hours.

Project 2: A Chatbot on the Storefront

Email is where a question lands once a customer has decided to write one. Most never get that far: a visitor unsure whether a module fits their car closes the tab instead.

So the second delivery put an assistant on audiovolt.nl itself, working the same catalogue as the email pipeline. It answers compatibility and configuration questions in the moment, on the product page where the question comes up, and hands over to the team when a case needs a human.

Project 3: TicketFlow Takes the Volume

Drafted replies solve the writing. They do not solve the queue: who owns a thread, what is still waiting, what was promised to whom.

TicketFlow replaced the inbox as the place support actually happens. All the email now runs through it, so Email Automation’s drafting became one step inside a tracked ticket rather than a suggestion sitting in a mailbox. Nothing is lost between the two, because the volume never leaves the system.

Connected to the Systems That Hold the Answers

The part that makes the answers usable is not the model. It is what the model can see.

Both assistants are wired into Audiovolt’s own inventory, shipping and e-commerce systems. Stock, order status and delivery are read live rather than from an export, so “is this in stock” and “where is my order” are answered from the systems of record, and an answer is not out of date the moment a shipment moves.
