AI Implementation Specialist
You own each client rollout from kickoff to go-live. You sit with clients, understand how they actually work, configure our AI packages, write and tune prompts, and make sure everything truly works in their real environment, not just in a demo. The job is part analysis, part configuration, part prompt engineering, and a lot of common sense and clear written communication. The impact is direct: what you set up is what the client uses every day.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions with clients to map their needs, processes, and success criteria
- Configure and parameterize Flowful.ai packages (chatbots, email automation, AI phone receptionist, Flowcal, TicketFlow) for each client
- Write, test, and iterate on prompts until outputs are reliable and genuinely useful
- Test deployments end-to-end in the client's real environment and validate results together
- Be the client's day-to-day point of contact from kickoff to go-live
- Turn client feedback into concrete improvements with the technical team and help shape the product
Profile
- Excellent written communication: clear, structured, friendly emails and messages
- Strong common sense and a knack for breaking down messy problems
- Comfortable getting hands-on with configuration and prompts: no software engineering needed, but technical topics don't scare you
- You use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily and have a feel for what they do well and where they fail
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, product, or customer-facing tech roles is a plus
- Native or fluent French; English or Dutch is a strong plus
- Autonomous, organized, and at ease juggling several clients in parallel
