Each package has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription covering hosting, monitoring, and tuning. Transparent pricing is shown on each package page. Custom requirements are scoped after a short discovery call.

Most packages go live in 2 to 4 weeks. We start with a kickoff call, connect to your data and tools, configure and tune the package on your content, then iterate with you before going live.

Yes. Every package is customized to your tone, processes, and data. You can also combine several packages (for example a web chatbot plus email automation) since they all run on Vectoria, so knowledge and context are shared.

Vectoria is your private AI knowledge engine. It indexes your documents, websites, and databases in one place, applies your business rules, and powers every Flowful package from a single source of truth. It means consistent answers, shared analytics, and no duplicated work when you add more packages later.

Your data is encrypted, never used to train public models, and stays under your control. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by default. Some components run on US infrastructure today, but we offer EU-only hosting on request and are actively migrating our stack to EU-first. On-premise deployment is also available for sensitive industries.

Every subscription includes monitoring, backups, bug fixes, content updates, and regular tuning of the AI. You also get a dashboard with usage and accuracy metrics. Contracts are month-to-month, with no long-term lock-in, and your data is always exportable.

Yes. Our partner program lets agencies and consultants resell Flowful packages under their own brand, with custom pricing and a dedicated partner portal. Get in touch to discuss the arrangement.
